Ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
- ½ cup cold water (if pineapple is frozen)
- ½ cup orange juice
- ¼ cup cream
- 4 oz. vanilla greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- Ice cubes (about ½ cup)
- Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions
- 1.Add the pineapple, orange juice, and water to the blender and puree until smooth. If using frozen pineapple, let it thaw or add an extra ½ cup of water.
- 2.If looking for extra smoothness, strain the pureed pineapple to remove the pulp and return it to the blender.
- 3.Add yogurt, half and half, honey, and ice, and, optionally, mint leaves.
- 4.Blend for 1 minute until smooth and frothy.
- 5.Pour into glasses and, optionally, garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
